1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how MedLabReport.com (“we”) handles your personal data, including health information, when you use our Service.
2. Data we collect
The exam documents you upload; the information you choose to give us in the form (such as age, sex, symptoms, medical history, medications and questions); your email address; and basic technical data needed to operate and secure the Service (such as IP address in server logs). We do not receive your card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
3. How we use it
We use your documents and information only to generate your report, deliver it to you and provide support (including refunds). We may email you about your order. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Service providers
To provide the Service we rely on: Anthropic (AI processing of your documents to write the report — under its commercial terms, this data is not used to train its models); Stripe (payments); Postmark (email delivery); our hosting provider (servers where data is stored); and PostHog (anonymous page-view statistics, without form content or session recordings). Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us.
5. Retention
Uploaded files are deleted automatically within 7 days. Your report is available through a private, unguessable link for 30 days and is then deleted together with the information you entered. Unpaid checkouts are deleted within 2 days. We keep a minimal record of each order (without health information) for accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
6. Security
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS), is stored on access-restricted servers and is reachable only through random private links. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep the amount and lifetime of the data we store to a minimum.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@medlabreport.com. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
8. Cookies
We use a cookie to remember your language and the browser’s local storage for anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults. Parents or legal guardians may request reports about their children’s results.

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page.
